Spinnaker Support is a provider of third party support for many software products including Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, JD Edwards, and more, supporting clients around the globe. As an Application Support Analyst, Mark provides remote support to customers around the world to diagnose and solve software issues relating to Siebel CRM. He is responsible for responding to support requests and building and maintaining relationships of trust with customers.
