Spinnaker Support is a provider of third party support for many software products including Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, JD Edwards, and more, supporting clients around the globe. As an Application Support Analyst, Mark provides remote support to customers around the world to diagnose and solve software issues relating to Siebel CRM. He is responsible for responding to support requests and building and maintaining relationships of trust with customers. Tasks include proactive communications, managing support requests, and collaborating with team members across the globe to deliver high quality support and service. Mark's duties also involve:

  • Swift response to customer service requests and ownership of these issues until resolution.
  • Coordinate with software development staff to design, test and implement software fixes.
  • Mentor and train internal staff on application functionality and help with issues of other support analysts.
  • Work on continuous improvement projects with internal teams to develop and improve Customer Support processes.
