PTSB had a well established Siebel implementation originally developed over 15 years previous and had, overtime, been heavily modified. Mark joined the development team to work remotely on implementing various specific pieces of functionality that utilised features including web services, workflow policies, scripting and BI Publisher. During Mark's time on the project, the team upgraded Siebel to use the web tools to which Mark had considerable exposure. |
