Mark joined this project on a short term basis to fill in for another team member whilst they were on leave during the final few weeks of the project. Mark was responsible for designing and developing the support module which involved configuring Agreements and Service Requests based on a number of client requirements. Mark was also involved in setting up the integration of Siebel with the clients billing system using Web Sevices. |
